Dynamic values

Modèle evolution

The dynamic values model is a tool that lets us understand individuals and organisations in transition.

It describes the different ways of thinking of and seeing the world, thereby allowing us to understand the richness of diversity, and indeed the origin of tensions. Specifically applicable to management, communication, and the accompaniment of change, today this model is essential in order to be able to address the various stakes organisations deal with.

This model offers a reading grid that provides clear answers to questions such as:

  • What are the value systems present in the team, and the entire organisation?
  • What are the levers for change and how do you activate them?
  • What culture and management style is appropriate, given the level of experience of the team?
  • What is the stage of development of my organisation?
  • How do we approach and accompany these transformations?

Participative dynamics and Sociocracy

Participative dynamics is a tool that allows you to quickly develop the spirit of collaboration within teams.

This approach, based on collective intelligence, develops the ability of a group to solve problems together, and make consistent decisions, while strengthening communication and trust.

Applied to an entire organisation, participative dynamics is moving towards participatory governance as seen in Sociocracy. The objective is to strengthen the performance of the company through the active cooperation of all its members.

This method offers principles and practical tools for :

  • Improving the efficiency of meetings
  • Resolving strategic issues together
  • Taking collegial and effective collective decisions
  • Reducing power dynamics and tensions within the organisation
  • Accompanying change through the concrete involvement of employees

Salutogenesis is a tool that helps the development of unity among individuals, groups and entire organisations.

Based on the concept of Aaron Antonovsky (1923-1994) salutogenesis focuses on the origin of health, ‘saluto’, not on the origin of the illness.

The central principle is the stronger the feeling of belonging in the individual, more likely he or she is to move towards a continuous state of good health.

To achieve this feeling of togetherness, even in a difficult situation, the individual or group must have a sufficient level of understanding, control, and direction.

We have adapted the salutogenesis principle to the business world, and the many stressful situations that it generates. Indeed, employees need to understand their situation, to have the ability to carry out their responsibilities, and further, to be able to translate their actions into something bigger, that has meaning.

This approach offers principles that are particularly useful for:

  • developing a context that is favourable to change
  • providing the resources to overcome stress
  • motivating employees
  • supporting people in critical situations
  • coping with difficult situations and the uncertain outcomes
